Description
A delicately smoked version of the ever-popular Eden Chieftain, we smoke with apple and oak woods allowing it to mature in the package to give it a mild and rather moreish flavour. Using the Eden Chieftain, which is usually over 12 months old, gives this cheese a really mature flavour to offset and complement the smokiness. It is available in 1.5 Kg half wheels and 200g pre-packed portions which both have a long shelf life. Suitable for Vegetarians.
