Eden Chieftain – Our award-winning mature Cheddar-style cheese. Creamy and close-textured with a well-rounded flavour that’s ideal for both cooking and your cheeseboard.
Black Dub Blue – A creamy blue-veined cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk. The milk comes from local farms. This is a medium soft cheese which is creamy and rich, it derives a subtle contrast of flavour from the tangy veining.
Eden Smoked Brie – A delicately smoked version of our Eden Creamy Brie, infused in-house with apple and oak woods. It has a gentle smoky aroma that enhances its natural creaminess, offering a smooth, mellow flavour with a subtle rustic depth.
Eden Brie – Our Creamy Brie is a beautifully smooth, white-mould ripened cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk. Its flavour is full and rounded, delivering a rich intensity that lingers, while the luxuriously creamy texture creates a truly indulgent, melt-in-the-mouth experience
All cheeses are made from pasteurised milk, suitable for vegetarians and handcrafted at our creamery in Cumbria.
