Hootenanny A semi-hard cheese made from pasteurised goats milk. Pure white in colour; rich creamy texture gives way to fresh, delicate flavours.
Smoked Hootenanny A semi-hard goats cheese skilfully smoked in the traditional manner – Smooth & silky in texture the delicate flavour is subtlety balanced with oak & apple wood smoke. It won silver at the Great British Food Awards 2023.
Nanny McBrie Mould ripened goats milk brie. A smooth, rich, creamy, white brie made from pasteurised goat’s milk. Won a gold award at the Midsomerset Show 2023. Bronze in the international cheese awards 2024 Goats milk cheese -other- category.
Hattie McPhee’s Mediterranean A crumbly brined salad style goat’s milk cheese. Our goat’s cheese is handcrafted onsite at Appleby Creamery using pasteurised milk sourced from Meaburn Hall Farm, a family-run goat farm located less than eight miles from our site.
