A mould-ripened goat’s milk brie, smooth, rich, and creamy. Made from local pasteurised goat’s milk, it has a soft, velvety texture and delicate, tangy flavour. Ideal for melting in dishes or featuring on a cheeseboard, perfectly complemented by fresh fruit and crunchy crackers.
Our goat’s cheese is handcrafted onsite at Appleby Creamery using pasteurised milk sourced from Meaburn Hall Farm, a family-run goat farm located less than eight miles from our site.
