Appleby Creamery’s handmade luxury rice pudding with mincemeat.
Ingredients
Appleby Creamery 500g Luxury Rice pudding (available on our website)
60g mincemeat
2 Shortbread Biscuits crushed
Finely grated zest of 1/2 an Orange
Gently warm the rice pudding in a microwave safe bowl with a dollop of mincemeat on top for approx 1.5 min or until hot throughout.
Top with orange zest and the crushed shortbread and serve
