Flakebridge – Vibrant and tangy, this Red Leicester-style cheese offers a firm, slightly flaky texture with subtle depth.
Black Dub Blue – A creamy, medium-soft blue-veined cheese with rich, indulgent flavour balanced by tangy veining. Made from local pasteurised cow’s milk and suitable for vegetarians.
Eden Valley Brie – A luxurious white mould-ripened Brie made with local pasteurised cow’s milk. Intensely flavourful with a sumptuous creamy texture. Suitable for vegetarians.
