A selection of five delicious hard cheeses, all with a distinctive flavour and character. Made from: 1 x 200g Blencathra, 1 x 200g Eden Chieftan, 1 x 200g Eden Sunset, 1 x 200g Flakebridge, 1 x 200g Old Applebian.
Blencathra – Fresh and versatile with a slightly crumbly texture. This non-rinded Caerphilly-style cheese works beautifully in any dish or eaten on its own.Eden Chieftain – Our award-winning mature Cheddar-style cheese. Creamy and close-textured with a well-rounded flavour that’s ideal for both cooking and your cheeseboard.
Eden Sunset – Inspired by Double Gloucester, this smooth, close-textured cheese offers a clean, mellow flavour with buttery richness.
Flakebridge – A vibrant, tangy cheese based on Red Leicester. Hard-pressed with a firm, slightly flaky texture and subtle depth.
Old Applebian – A crumbly, open-textured cheese with a pronounced, lemony flavour and a lingering creamy aftertaste. Made from pasteurised cows milk to a traditional Westmorland recipe.
All cheeses are made from pasteurised milk, suitable for vegetarians and handcrafted at our creamery in Cumbria.
