Old Applebian – A crumbly, open-textured cheese with a pronounced, lemony flavour and a lingering creamy aftertaste. Made from pasteurised cows milk to a traditional Westmorland recipe.
Flakebridge – A vibrant, tangy cheese based on Red Leicester. Hard-pressed with a firm, slightly flaky texture and subtle depth.
Eden Sunset – Inspired by Double Gloucester, this smooth, close-textured cheese offers a clean, mellow flavour with buttery richness.
Eden Chieftain – Our award-winning mature Cheddar-style cheese. Creamy and close-textured with a well-rounded flavour that’s ideal for both cooking and your cheeseboard.
Blencathra – Fresh and versatile with a slightly crumbly texture. This non-rinded Caerphilly-style cheese works beautifully in any dish or eaten on its own.
Smoked Chieftain – A delicately smoked version of the ever-popular Eden Chieftain, we smoke with apple and oak woods allowing it to mature in the package to give it a mild and rather moreish flavour.
Hootenanny – A delicate semi-hard goat’s cheese. Pure white with a rich, creamy texture and fresh, gentle flavours.
All cheeses are made from pasteurised milk, suitable for vegetarians and handcrafted at our creamery in Cumbria.
