Our Scottish Blue Cheese is a creamy, characterful blue made from pasteurised cow’s milk. Available in approx. 1.25kg Half Wheel, 700g Quarter, and 150g portion. A medium-soft cheese with a smooth, rich body, it gains a beautiful depth of flavour from its gently tangy blue veining. The result is a perfectly balanced cheese that’s bold yet welcoming.
