Smoked in-house using a traditional blend of apple and oak woods, it develops a gently smoky aroma that enhances the cheese’s natural creaminess. The flavour offers a perfect balance of smooth, mellow richness with a hint of rustic depth, creating a refined yet comforting taste experience.
